Clearwater Nu Metro – Shocking Cinema Experience

My son and I booked movie tickets for a screening at Clearwater Nu Metro on Friday, 30 May 2026.

When we arrived at the cinema and entered the theatre, we were shocked to find that the seats we had booked did not exist. The seats had been removed, leaving only an open space where they should have been.

How is it possible for seats to be available for booking if they have been removed from the cinema? This is a serious oversight and caused unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. We specifically selected and paid for those seats, only to discover upon arrival that they were not there.

This experience reflects very poorly on the cinema's booking and seating management processes. Customers should be able to trust that the seats they reserve will actually be available when they arrive.

I would appreciate an explanation as to how this happened and what steps Nu Metro will take to ensure that other customers do not experience the same issue in the future.
