Cleanliness at VIP Nu Metro Pavilion

I went to the VIP movie theatre at Pavilion a few days ago. The seats were absolutely disgusting which unfortunately i only realised halfway through the movie. There was popcorn seasoning all over, pop corn bits and worst of all FOOD dropped into the seat. Halfway through the movie i felt something that felt like meat in my seat only to realise that it was someone else's leftover beef burger piece which i then had to clean up myself to avoid it messing my clothing, however, this was unfortunately only after feeling it in my hands which meant my hands were now messed. This is absolutely disgusting, disgraceful and unhygienic!!! I used to go to VIP movies often but i will not be returning to VIP Nu Metro at Pavilion after this. I am appalled at the hygiene and they should be ashamed. To anyone thinking of visiting this movie theatre, i suggest you think twice.
