Cinevation third party.

Subject: Concern Regarding Service from Cinevation Management

Dear Hello Peter,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am a customer at NuMetro, where I regularly make use of the venue to host early morning church services for the staff members working at Cornubia Mall. These gatherings have a meaningful impact on the community, helping attendees begin their day uplifted and motivated. They also contribute positively to foot traffic in both the Mall and the cinema.

However, I must express my deep concern and disappointment with the way we have been treated by the management at Cinevation, who oversee this portfolio of clients. Despite consistently paying the full amount for the venue prior to its use—even if there have occasionally been delays—I have often been met with an attitude that is dismissive, disrespectful, and lacking in basic professionalism. At times, it feels as though we are being treated as though Cinevation is doing us a favor, rather than recognizing us as paying clients providing a community service.

What is particularly disheartening is the lack of empathy or acknowledgment for the value we bring—not just spiritually to the community, but commercially to the Mall and the cinema. It is even more concerning that direct engagement with NuMetro would cost significantly less, yet we are obligated to work through Cinevation due to the structure in place.

This experience has left me feeling disrespected and undervalued. I urge NuMetro to consider the impact this partnership has on clients like ourselves and to assess whether Cinevation’s handling of such relationships aligns with the values and community spirit that NuMetro stands for.

I am open to discussing this further should you wish to engage. (The plot thickens)

Warm regards, Jack Reddy
