Cine Prestige - Really Bad Service

I was disgusted at the service I received at Cine Prestige. I paid R210 for two tickets to see Mission Impossible. After paying for my tickets, my tickets did not print. It took half an hour for management to give me my tickets!!!! I just stood there and the staff was making excuses. All the staff showed a don't care attitude. Because of the delay, I could not even have supper!!! This is totally not acceptable. The staff did not even apologize! I sen an email to [Email Removed] I had a response from Kelello Moriri who said it has been escalated with cinema management on the 27/08/2015! Since than i had no feedback! I want feedback on this issue!!!
