Charged me twice for movie booking online

<p>I recently booked a movie online and after my first attempt website stopped as payment was made...i did not receive any email confirming my purchase or tickets.I then purchased the same tickets again and this time received an email confirming the purchase and my tickets.Today i checked my bank statement and i see Nu Metro charged ne twice .Now i have to call around and spend more money to get my money back.Very bad service!</p>
