Charged but no booking confirmation

I made a booking for the Star Wars 4D at the V&A waterfront on the website but it bombed out and I never received confirmation of the booking <br> <br> I subsequently tried the website again after the initial error and the same happened, however this time I received a notification from my bank to say the payment for the tickets were reserved. I tried calling and mailing the call centre to get clarification on the payment and check whether two transactions were registered on their side, however I have yet to receive any sort of response. The call centre seems to have shutdown and everyone is being redirected to a theater for bookings, with no guidance given to those who have experienced unconfirmed bookings, such as myself.<br> <br> I would like clarification on the issue as soon as possible
