Cashier with no etiquette

My friend and I went to watch a movie yesterday.The cashier who assisted us,Amarah,did not know how to talk to or witn her customers.When she gave my friend's card back she said,"there's your card.When our purchase was done she shouted to the next customers,"next".You don't shout next to your customers and one must talk in a civilised manner with and to your customers.
