Cashier stole my receipt

Went to westgate shopping centre for the 1st time,with no one to help down there I assumed that's how it is,went on to purchase my ticket and the combo everything was in 2 because I was with my daughter, went up and the lady took my tickets but gave me 1 combo,and as I was watching the movie I realized noo man I was ****** and they hidden the other slip thinking I won't find out,to my surprise the lady told me they Don't offer refunds I just need to come back next time,it's my 1st time hearing a place that doesn't do refunds,also why didn't the lady tell me of the mistake I did but just take my ticket, so if I didn't come back she was gonna use my ticket or sell it to someone else,that's wrong and very wrong as the 1st timer,worst experience ever,even regret going there I should have went to Sterkinekor,It was my 1st and my last time,I wouldn't even recommend people who are taking advantage of 1st timers,can you please fix the part of no-Refund,am very disappointed shame
