Call Centre phones not working

On 4 August 2015 I went onto Nu Metro website in an attempt to book movie tickets for my daughter's birthday at their VIP cinema at the Waterfront for Saturday. Because they only displayed information for movies playing till Thursday I called the number listed on their website: ***. To my surprise the call went to a cell phone voicemail message that told me that the subscriber I have dialled is not available. I then called the head office in Johannesburg and after being transferred to 3 people I was finally told that they could not tell me what was showing on Saturday as it will only be updated on Wednesday. I had none of this difficulty reaching or obtaining information from Ster Kinekor. Shockingly poor service.
