BREACH OF CONTRACT

i write to inform everyone that Nu Metro galleria has really disapointed me as a loyal customer. i took my kids ages 5 yrs going on 6yrs and ages 10yrs, 14, and 16years old to the movies to watch the new leon shuster movie, i was honest and advised the teller that my daughter was under the age to watch the movie but can i take her in, zamina ngcobo refused that said it was protocol due to age rest PG 10. i then asked him which movie was allowed , he then showed me the new cartoon movie which was PG 7-9, i then asked him what was the difference with the both since e is allowing us into a age rest movie, i asked to speak to area manager Julie, who told me on the fone that under no circumstance can we be allowed to go into any movie due to age rest. i then told her that i have seen few other kids younger than mine going into the movies, she denied that this was true. i now have solid proff showing that your cinema allowed under age children into the movies last night and i want your cinema to be fined a penalty for this, i think they way youl have handled my situation yesterday was not the ethical way, and what makes us different from the rest, if you can allow others in.
