Booking Magically got cancelled - waste of time

Hi,<br> <br> My wife, Yusrah Isaacs, booked 4 tickets for the movie fast and the furious at \The scene". Our booking reference and confirmation of the booking was all emailed to her. Upon arrival at the cinema the lady at the till point told us our tickets were cancelled. The assistant manager came over and tried to sort out the situation and we can continue ordering our meals and other luxuries.<br> <br> Once we paid for everything we were let into the cinema just to find people sitting in our seats. We then had to sit and wait for the assistant manager for an hour to get off the phone not even he can get through to Nu Metros **** call centre.<br> <br> We were offered no excuse or explanation"
