Bad Service NuMetro Menlyn

<p>Today (2016/06/18) we went to watch a movie at NuMetro Menlyn. I was vey dissapointed. After we bought our tickets we went to buy slushies and popcorn. the slushies had almost no taste, it was basicly just ice.</p> <p>About ten minutes into the movie my slushie was just ice so I went to go and complain and just ask for a extra flavour. The manager was there or so I was told and I asked him if it was possible. He took my slushie and just inserted more ice. He looked at me so sacasticly and told me that I should just take a thicker straw and he looked at me like he was disgusted. He did not even wear a name tag.</p> <p>I was really dissapointed with their service. I hope that this is not the standard of their sevice. </p> <p>This was not my first time.</p>
