Bad Service

Hi there,At Nu metro at Emporiums place last week Saturday my daughter went to watch Barbie and she forgot her bag on one of the cinemas. i called same day to ask for them to check for the bag the lady (Ziphora) said she will check and get back to me nothing. on Monday I called the head office they told me they will ask the manager to call me still nothing. What a bad service.
