Bad service

Numetro welkom.should just close down, it is a joke. We went there in December and ordered large sodas, only to be told that they only have 440ml sodas. They didn't even offer us an extra soda for the large combo because we normally get 1L when you purchase a 'UPSIZED' combo. The manger there, very short with glasses said that the soda machine will be fixed the following week. We then went again for Aquaman during February, only to find out that the soda machine is still not fixed and we were advised to take slushes instead. I went again this weekend to watch Beekeeper, only to find out that the soda machine is STILL not working. Then me and my partner decided to get Slushes. There was no slush flavors available but the Green one. We had no choice but to take it. I couldn't enjoy it because the the slush tasted like water, it was green but it had no flavour whatsoever.. just water with green ice.The craziest part is when the movie shut down for like 20 minutes. We were told it's load shedding and the movie shuts down and comes back on after 20 minutes but no one told us about this. This is poor management from the management because he was roaming on the floor during our visit and he didn't bother to inform us of this. Where is the white manager that used to work there ? And this isnt me being ****** because I am black but The white guy was very friendly and informed us on everything. Greeted us from the door when we came in and helped us in anyway when we needed assistance. The cinema is a joke now. Very poor experience, I don't think I will be coming again there.
