Bad service

On 24 may 2019 I took my daughter to the movies with two of her friends to watch the movie Little at 12 o'clock as it was her birthday. I bought the tickets and snacks and walk them in movie theater ensuring their safety. The movie was suppose to finish at 14:00. Upon my arrival the kids told me that they did not watch the movie as it did not play and they we refunded. They had to walk up and down the mall to push time without adult supervision.
