BAD SERVICE

i booked a movie online at waterfront Nu Metro. when i got to the cinema the self service machines said no booking. i went to the staff and told them that i am going to be late for my movie and they said i must go to the counter where you get your popcorn and they would help me there.i stood in that line for nearly 35 mins . i was 25 mins late for my movie. so i only got to watch little bit more than half the movie. i was so upset i missed the whole start of the movie. i think that this is not on at all. no sorry or anything like that. no sorry sir the next movie is on us. i really had a bad experience . and i prefer going to Nu Metro than to Ster Kinekor. But who am i just another person.
