Bad service

I was very upset with the bad service received at cornubia nu metro, we had gone to watch Jumanji in 4D, I asked the teller named talita for 4 4D tickets n she asked for my daughters age and I said 9, she said she's not allowed, my daughter was very upset, we had to split up and watch another movie, so I asked what movies are showing at the same time as Jumanji but the movie had already started, whilst talking to me she turns and assist another customer without even apologizing and asking if she could, I waited for her to finish and told her I was waiting, after serving us, she charged us for 3D glasses but didn't hand it to me, I had to come back and ask for it, after all the drama and being told my child was not allowed to watch the 4D movie a child younger than my daughter walks in with his parents and watched the movie, my daughter ended up crying after the movie was finished as she was waiting for us . Very disappointing!
