Bad service

My husband and myself decided to go to Numetro in Grand West last night to watch DC Legends, only to find out by the cashier that the movie is unavailable. When I asked what she meant she herself was unsure. She then called a superior and she too confirmed that the movie I came to watch was unavailable due to a set of keys that was not there. The manager then told me I should give them a call to find out when the movie will be screened, my thing is she should have asked for my contact details and then provide me with a courtesy call to inform me of when the movie will be available for screening. I went out of my way getting a baby sitter for my kids arranging for us to go out that night only to be disappointed. My husband works mostly night and i work during the day so when we do get a chance we go to the movies . What irrigates me even more is that fact that there were no signage to inform the clients that this movie wasn't being screened due to what ever reasons they may have. I feel like I wasted my money, time and energy. I'm very disappointed with the standards of Nu Metro. Not sure if I'll continue using there movie theatre again.
