Bad Experience

I took out my girlfriend for a movie?? in Nu Metro Pavilion. We use their VIP and We ordered food? they told us they will deliver to our seats and the did that after she finished eating we realized that we where not given anything to wipe the hands. That was disappointing level of service from the VIP section I had to go to the counter to request serviette that is a very very bad service. They should have One person to stand inside the movie theater to take orders or service the customers When they still watching the Movie??
