Bad experience

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Nu Metro menlyn. We paid for a 4D movie, only to find out that the entire 4D system wasn’t working. Instead of offering a solution or even an apology, the manager was unbelievably rude and insisted that it was our problem, not theirs.

We were expected to pay full price for a service we clearly did not receive. No customer should ever be spoken to like that or be told to just “deal with it” when the cinema’s equipment isn’t functioning.

Terrible service, terrible attitude, and absolutely no accountability. Nu Metro Menlyn seriously needs to train their staff—especially their management—on how to treat customers with basic respect. I won’t be returning.
