Bad customer service- no refund done

Whilst down in Ballito we booed movies and when we got to the cinema we were told movies were not playing due to problems and we offered vouchers and we asked for a refund instead, I was told to call the call Centre as the cinema had no cash to refund me (I paid with a cc), I called and spoke to Dorah, she asked me to send proof of purchase and I received an email from Rubaine Davis on the 28th April stating I would receive a refund within 48 hrs, it is now the 7th of May and I am still waiting for my refund of R280.....I called Rubaine twice today and her sphine was off and then I left a message for her and I have had no reply. Very unprofessional
