BAD ATTITUDE OF STAFF

Good day<br> <br> On Saturday 14/02/2015 my boyfriend and I went to go watch 50 shades of grey at Nu Metro in Grand west. while standing in a very long Que for popcorn and drinks, when we arrived at the movie it already started. the lights were off and we could not find our seats. there was a lot of open seats so we decided to sit anywhere. an hour after the movie started the people who seats it is came in, so we had to move. my bf decided to go sit somewhere else and i go sit on the stairs. probably 30 Min after that one of the staff members came in and ask me where my ticket is, i search for it in my bag, couldnot find it, and want to tell him its by my boyfriend. he tells me to ssshh (keep quiet). he then left. he came back after a while with other staff members plus security guards telling me i must come with them. i felt so embarrassed, but went with them. he starts yelling at me, telling me i can not sit on stairs. when ever i wanted to answer him he tells my to be quiet. i was not treated with any kinds of respect. he embarrassed me in front of a lot of people where he could just help me to find my seat. i would never go back there, because Nu Metro staff doesn't know how to spea
