arrogance is NOT an apology!

2 other ladies & I complained about 3 girls who caused a disruption thruout the viewing of The Intern yesterday. We were told had we come out while the movie was screening 2 complain they cud've removed the girls, refunded their money & we cud watch the movie further as intended. We told Abro aswell as his supervisor b4 him, that we wud've missed out on more of the movie & didn't ask 4 a refund, but an apology, which Abro gave with a hasty arrogance. 1 of the ladies left in a rush stating she didn't need his halfhearted apology, I continued 2 source info 2 report our xperience, with Abro following me 2 add insult in public 2 do as I please since he will just tell his side of the story. A remark from another patron told me 2 sort them out, so this is my attempt to get a decent apology, if possible.
