Appalling Service

Booked 4 tickets on line for the 09h05am show for Avengers 27/04/2015. When we arrived at the cinema, the self help ticket retrieval stations were giving problems and i was referred to the kiosk. We arrived there at about 8h45 but the kiosks were all still closed, both tickets as well as snacks. when it eventually opened at 09h00 we were told there is no popcorn. The cinema experience tends to include popcorn and coke, but they had none prepared, and yet they have a show which starts at 09h05. When we asked for the manager he said that they could not get in, yet there were no employees standing about when we arrived. This is a poor excuse, as they were not prepared in anyway, and as they were late opening many people got into the show late as a result!
