Appalled and Disgusted by Nu Metro Call Centre

When I queried my tickets since yesterday evening and called the call centre today as it was still not rectified, the call agent threw the phone down in my ear. and has the audacity to tell me that I must ride to the cinema prior to my booking to amend the tickets in person as they cannot assist me. To top it off she felt that she could just speak over me. If this is customer service then i am disgusted.
