Am Official complaint against bad attitude

I went to Menlyn on Friday night(01/04/16) to watch movies. As we were standing in the queue with my woman, I saw this young lady at he other side of the counter and I asked her if I can buy a ticket she said \No\"(starring at me), I then asked her why, it was only when she said \"can't you see I'm logging off?\". I told her, she should've said that. She then moved round by the counter just to attack me(just when I thought she came to explain why she can't assist me). She gave me a very bad attitude in a sense where I asked Issabel to call the manager to have the matter addressed. He then spoke to her at the passege(perhaps it was because she she was leaving). What concerns me is that she continued to give me a bad attitude look(instead of apologizing for her attitude) even after the manager spoke to her. We watched a movie T/N *** with my woman, however I didn't enjoy it as this lady spoiled my night. I am wondering what training is given to then if the treat people like this. I am very unhappy with it and I need a report from Nu Metro for this complaint. I'm not saying she must be fired, by look of her attitude I doubt she received necessary training, her name is Katlego."
