Already taken off

On the 30/09/2017. I purchased pnline movie tickets for Nu Metro for R350. This was immediately processed of my account. InContact e-mail and sms notifications was received. Bank balance decreased accordingly. This morning, the same transaction is being taken off my account. With whose permission? At 2am!!! Called the ***** line they sent me a form which take who knows how long to be processed. I was told that Nu Metro banked the transaction late!!! Thats not my circus to entertain.
