aircons not on

Last night 20:15 show, 26/11/2015 - bridge of spies was the second movie I have watched at clearwater where the aircon was not working.please guys get this sorted out.i dont want free movie tickets for this complaint.all I want is to pay for something which is worthy of my money being spent on ,otherwise i could rather in future go watch movies at cresta.
