ADVERTISED MOVIE NOT SHOWING

After checking the internet for movies showing, I realised that yesterday was the last day that American Sniper was showing at Nu metro Pavillion. I quickly had to organize a babysitter for our kids, get everything sorted at short notice for \date night""; no notices were put up; it was still advertised on all the boards outside the cinema that it was showing; it was still showing at the online booking as showing. when I tried to take it up with the manager; the answer was sorry the screen is not working. there was no attempt to accommodate the people that arrived. they just gave you a call centre no. to call if you want to complain. and on phoning the no. I held on for 10 mins with no answer. So all in all we spent a whole lot of money to be able to come and see a movie; and Nu metro has a couldn't care attitude. I know they don't care about my business;but in future they will not be seeing me again. from now on it is Sterkinecor all the way. Nu Metro you SUCK"""
