Account charged but can't get tickets

The numerous website booking system is faulty - for a week I have tried to book tickets. Now I have been charged R750 for tickets i booked, they appear on my account but I cannot get them emailed to me.<br> <br> The call centre I'd down, website complaint section is broken, emailing helpdesk@numeto doesn't work because no on answers you. <br> <br> I am beyond upset at the incompetence of this business. <br> <br> I expect someone to respond right away. Taking my money but getting nothing in return. <br> <br> I will do something setious about this if I get no feedback.
