Absolutely no Customer Service at Nu Metro

I has been to Numetro Cinema at Cornubia on 21/04/2019, and i received the most pathetic service i have ever received and this is not the first time. Prior to me arriving there i tried booking my tickets from Sanlam Reality and the site didn't allow me to proceed, when i got to Nu Metro i purchased the tickets but the system didn't allow me to purchase the combo because of time constraints i asked the person helping to cancel the combo and i ordered a sandwich instead. i payed for the order but the tickets didn't print and we had to wait again for the manager to come and assist, we eventually got into the movie and waited the entire movie but the sandwich was never delivered to us! My husband and i both had to get up twice during the movie to find out whats going on but still there was no sandwich delivered. I am so disappointed and disgusted with their service!
