A Displeasing and Disgusting Nu Metro Clearwater Mall

I wouldn't even say its a One Star entertainment place. My Fiancé, Cousin and I were at Nu metro Clearwater Mall this past Sunday 28 April 2019, we booked our movie at the self service section, without knowing or being informed that the aircons or surround sounds were not working in the specific Cinema. we stood in extremely long queues to get our refreshments as only 3 tellers were on duty at the time. We then walked into our Movie whilst the trailers were already showing, when we got to the staircase we seen to electric fans on the staircase swell as a disgustingly dirty Cinema. The place was not cleaned and our seats were full of popcorn spice aswell as slush puppy or cooldrink messed over one of the seats we had booked. I then went out to look for a manager and how convenient there wasn't one on the floor. We truly wanted to watch the movie so I just shut my eyes at the filthiness and we sat at a different row, however when the actual movie started we realised that there was no surround sound. At this time I started getting really angry we then sat for a little while thinking that Someone would resolve the issue, however when it got to the middle of the movie it still wasn't resolved we were at our wits end that we just got up and exited the cinema. I am highly disgusted at the service we received at Nu Metro and I won't encourage anyone to use there facilities.
