4DX movie; dark tower

yesterday my partner and i paid r175 each to watch Dark Tower. Expecting that this is a 4Dx movie we thought we would be receiving a pair of shades/ glasses that we would wear to experience the highlight of the movie. We did not. Instead we watched the movie, experienced the wind etc. but minus the glasses didnt feel like we were really 'in' the movie.

This was very disappointin after having paid so much money to have the one thing that would have made it worth our while taken away.
