2 different Nu Metro Cinemas gave us a horrible experience

On the 29th December 2022 my family and I decided to watch a movie (Black panther) and the closest Cinema was Trade mall, they didn't have electricity which was not related to load shedding. We then decided to wait for electricity to come back. We also thought it will be a great experience to go to their Nu Metro VIP, only to find it dirty and the staff sitting there. From asking about the VIP I was so discouraged by the staff not to watch from the VIP because they said it wasn't worth it, they also we're not showing Black panther on VIP. It was a terrible experience for my kids and they were terribly disappointed. We then decided to go at Clearwater mall Nu Metro which was so much better with cleanness. The terrible part was when they didn't want us to with our son because he's younger that 10-12 years. And when we purchased our tickets they said we can take with as long as he will be with the parents. After a long discussion with one of the staff Nkululeko, he called his supervisor who let us got in. All the time Nkululeko thought we were talking about Avatar and didn't check our tickets to see we watching Black panther. This was so disappointing as both Nu Metro from different places gave us a horrible experience on the same day.
