Poor service

As an UberEats driver I was screamed at by the lady who was assisting UberEats drivers around 19h15 on the 16th of August 2017. Before my phone switched off I managed to write my order number and the order itself. One of the gym assistants came and gave me my order. I checked it and noticed that there was one item instead of two. I asked him to call the lady for me. She came and was shouting " what's the problem now?" I asked her not to shout at us and to greet us. Her respond was she doesn't understand what we want because she gave us our orders. When I pointed out the one item and not two that was in the bag she gave me, she said I must not come with my problems to the restaurant. She validated my parking ticket and left. Her behaviour was rude and unprofessional. Is this the way UberEats drivers should be treated? Or to her, are we just mere low class delivery girls and boys? And does Nu restaurant condone such behaviour from its employees?
