Disgraceful service delivery by Nu doors & Automation

We've had the displeasure of dealing with Warren Kensley from Nu doors & Automation.

It has been nothing short of a headache, to say the least. Warren was responsible for installing our garage, including the access control module/s.

He does not stand behind or understand his product fully, he blames the electrician for when things don't work out as expected, meanwhile, the problem is on his infrastructure.

He does not reply to emails and/or return our calls regarding fixing our current problems on the infrastructure he installed. We have no problem paying for work, but he doesn't even want to do the work it seems.

He is charismatic over the phone and will make many empty promises, but be assured he will most likely be unavailable when it comes time to do the work.

Please do yourself a favor and don't work with Warren if you have the option to. You will most likely regret it.
