Nu Door damaging my property

They manufactured and installed burglar bars. They did all that, however, they drilled into a pipe that has to take water to the washing machine or dishwasher. It took me long to realize that since I neither had a washing machine nor dishwasher. When I contacted them, Chrissie and the owner hurled insults at me. They asked why did I take so long to report and I explained. They then told me that it was written on the quotation that they would not be responsible for any damages. Isn’t that nice? I trusted them because they had done almost all installations in the building I stay in.

It is going to cost me a lot of money to fix the problem and they were not even willing to meet me halfway. I am still stuck. I trusted the wrong company.
