Bad service received from Nu-Destiny Funeral Service

Worst funeral services I ever had to deal with. Rose Solomons is the most *********** person she doesnt have any sympathy for the grieving families. Its been RED flags since they removed my mothers body from the hospital, first the driver leaves without the paper work and then they wantd us to pay almost R5000 extra for a coffin because the coffin that comes with their option (they only have that 1 option) is to small for my moms remains, and the list goes on. 2 months after her dead we reported the Parks and Cemetery Depart in Plumstead to get the docs for the plot we bought, only to find out that Nu-Destiny didn't submit all the documents and we couldn't get the confirmation of her burial plot.

The collecting agent couldn't even advise on who the underwriters is.
