Wrong billing

This is a company of *****sters and ****mer, I have been using rain netwo2for long time, all of a sudden I received a call from Nu debt telling them that they want to change my debit order to the 1st of every month, and I said it's fine they can do that and already my debit order went through on the 25th then I asked them are they not going to debit me double cause already I paid, they said NO they won't do that, my surprise on the 30th they have switch off my data, and I paid immidiately R528 of which I was not in arrears, on the 1st they switch off again saying I am in arrears, they don't answer calls, they block your calls, this people are ****mer cause when They called me they said they are from Rain South Africa, the ****** lairs and *****sters. Be careful of this company and Rain, and nothing is done to these companies
