WRONG AMOUNT BILLED // MTN ACCOUNT HANDED OVER

Nu debt management is not serious at all. They do not answer emails or calls at all, after trying to contact them with no luck they sent me an email saying I owe them R1854,98 instead of R818,73 I rep**** to the same email with relevant documents to show the correct amount owed (R818,73) but they they've got awol again. This company is very useless if you ask me!! Really hope they resolve this issue as it has been long overdue.
