Wrong account

We received a bill from ER consulting, but they sent it to the wrong person. This bill has been handed over to Nudebt. Each time we phone Nudebt to sort this out they are unable to help us. Both Er consulting and Nudebt refer us to each other and neither one can sort it out. Nudebt keep on contacting me to pay a bill that is not mine.
