WORST & UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY

I have the worst headache with Nudebt Management at this right moment I am certain is a **** the level of unprofessional from Senior managers is unacceptable unpleasant even sending emails is just a waste their juniors evn refuse with their executives email address saying ‘they are not allowed’ is Nudebt company legit though since last year September requesting a paid up letter because MTN is saying I still have outstanding balance I had to make inquiry only to find out the payments was allocated on MTN statement but Nudebt system I have been calling almost every day with no help or sense of urgency now they are even avoiding my calls or blocked my numbers Operationalmanager by the name of Ntsikelo aowa my brother do your work…even junior staff they are trying they have customer care…I even suggested that I pay the outstanding amount to MTN so that I can get a paid up letter from MTN then Nudebt management refund til this day they have not rep**** to my email again I need a letter Till this day I can’t purchase anything because Nudebt and MTN
