Worst Telkom and Nu Debt Management Service

This is for Telkom and Nu Debt Management. According to Nu Debt I owe money to Telkom and they are going to put a trace alert on my name. According to Telkom I don't owe any money. Not one of the two is even trying to help sort this out. Nu Debt is stating that it has to come from Telkom and Telkom says it is a fault on Nu Debt's side. So what should I do......
