Worst service I've ever had!

I had a outstanding amount from telkom which got moved to Nudebt management for collection. Their call centre agent (Vuyiseka Tofile) contacted me saying i need to pay the outstanding amount. She advised me that i should pay the outstanding amount to Nudebt Management. She provided me with Nudebt management banking details. I then made the payment the very same day. She stated not to worry my account will be up to date both on Nudebt management and telkom. Its been 3months now, telkom hasn't even received one payment from Nudebt management. This is a ********** company. They just take your money and run away. I tried to contact them many times and sadly their staff is as confused as it can be. I then managed to get hold of one of the management team., again they said its all paid up on their side and telkom has received the money. They refused to give me any type of proof of payment that this has been made. This is one of the worst service I've ever had. Guys please be on a watch out.
