Worst Customer Service Experience

I have had the absolute worst experience with NuDebt Management. Their customer service is beyond frustrating and completely ***********. Despite settling my outstanding balance in full, they keep insisting that my account is closed with an outstanding balance. No one seems to know what they’re doing, and every time I reach out for assistance, I get sent back and forth between NuDebt and MTN with no resolution.

MTN has confirmed that my contract is terminated, so how am I supposed to get a paid-up letter if NuDebt refuses to acknowledge my payments? Instead of assisting me, they just keep giving me the runaround. It’s unacceptable how they mismanage accounts and fail to provide proper customer support.

If you’re dealing with NuDebt, be prepared for endless frustration. They lack accountability, communication, and professionalism. Avoid them at all costs!
