WORSE ever - NO Customer Servie and NO idea how to handle/reconcile accounts

Actually NO Stars, they are really the WORSE ever. No customer service, and absolutely NO idea how to handle/reconcile accounts. Keep getting threatening sms and had a TRACE put on my husbands name but not responding to ANY e-mails and 7 days later after FULL payment was done and still they haven't allocated the PMT and keep on getting the threatening sms. Pathetic
