WHY ARE YOU ROBBING ME???

My Telkom mobile account was handed to you and in July and I made arrangements to pay R400. <br> <br> 1. When I made a payment arrangement in the beginnig in July my account balance was: R7213.20 and you have been debiting me R400 for the past 3 months but my account balance is R7665.87...why is it going up, how are you working up interest charges???? <br> <br> 2. I specificly asked that my debit order to go off on 25th of every month but that is not happening you are either debiting me on 28 or even the 2 of the month but I still make sure that there's some money for you to debit my account...I WANT MY DEBIT ORDER TO GO OFF ON THE 25TH OF EVERY MONTH.<br> <br> 3. On the 23 September I received a message that you have registered a default on my name on Credit Burea ***..... why do you do that but I have an arrangement with you???<br>
