Dear NuDebt, I awriting to understand why am I receiving smses saying I am "in contravention of Electronics Communications Act 36 of 2005, due to R558.00 default with Telkom *** Tel ***? + 7 Business Days Notice to pay R558.00 to Telkom acc @ABSA into NuDebt Acc *** *** Tel *** Please listen to the recording for 29 July 2025 where I was sold Cellphone Contract because the one I had was ending on 31 July 2025. Please explain to me why must I pay R558.00 when I agreed on a R150 contract? I called *** twice and as soon as I identified myself, my calls were dropped. I trust that NuDebt will investigate this matter promptly and ensure that any errors are rectified without delay. Failing to which, I will have no option but to all escalate this matter to The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) and all social media.
