What happened to my TV license account

My TV license account was handed over to Nudebt management company because it was in areas. I was called by a certain lady from the Nudebt management company in 2014 to make payment arrangements. I agreed with her to pay R200 per month up until I settle the account. I started paying on the 15 August 2014, then again on the 21 October 2014, again 28 November 2015. After November payment I received a call from nudebt management company saying that they are giving me a discount of R646.00 provided i make once off payment of that amount and my account will be paid off. I did not have that cash by that time, i asked that lady to pay it in two months. She agreed and i paid R320 in December 2014 and On the 15 January 2015 i made my last payment of R326 as per agreement and i never received a call from them until i received a call from VVM Company on behalf of SABC saying my account is in areas. I told them my account has been settled with Nudebt management company in January, they said they got my account from SABC. I then send email to Nudebt management company on the 22 April 2015 to seek clarity on what happened to my account i never got reply from them.
