What happened to my money

Good morning

I'm paying a debt collector named Nudebt, and when I ask for a statement of my payment they sent me a statement but excluding 2 months of payment and I did ask why, with the proof of payment for that 2 months but they don't respond on my mails and when they call they drop the phone, what should I do
